Beth Lackey serves as the Sr. Vice President Customer Center Operations and has been with tw telecom since 2004. Ms. Lackey is responsible for operations centers located in Denver, CO and O’Fallon, MO. She leads teams responsible for provisioning of services, service assurance and network management. In previous positions at tw telecom, she helped to establish the Customer Experience strategy. Ms. Lackey has an extensive telecommunications background spanning almost 30 years. Her experience includes Sales, Customer Service, Network, Field and Center Operations both domestically and abroad. She holds a B.A. in Marketing from Colorado State University and an MBA from Regis University in International Business.
Beth joined the SungateKids Board of Directors in 2013.
